o "Belarus" e-mail list
The e-mail list "Belarus" is a precursor to the soc.culture.belarus creation on the Usenet. Since most of the belarusans in Belarus have access only to e-mail it is the most accessible Internet forum for discussion belarusan things behind Lukashenka's informational blocade. The list was created for general discussion of Belarus-related topics. This includes topics such as language, culture, history, publications, etc. This list is hosted by the "Friends and Partners" server in Texas and has a mirror in Puschino, Russia.
