Belarus has the worst taxation system out of 155 countries that participated in World Bank survey "Business-2006" . Apparently the sum of taxation on earnings is 121,8%, which automatically assumes shadow economy. Over the course of the year Belarusian company is expected to make 113 payments to 3 different organizations spending on average 1,188 hours on reporting.
